Product Details:
4mm thick wrought iron for even heating. An exceptional crêpe pan in the French tradition, or low-sided flat griddle/skillet in the American tradition. Solid 4mm thick for exceptionally even heat distribution. Each pan is engraved with the month and year of manufacture for heirloom collectibility.
